Cat and Camel Exercise
Description:
Lie on your back on a comfortable mat with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Keep your arms relaxed by your sides. Slowly flatten your lower back against the mat by tightening your abdominal muscles (Cat position). Hold for a few seconds. Then gently arch your lower back away from the mat, creating a small space under the lower back (Camel position). Move slowly and smoothly between these two positions while breathing normally.

Chest Hyper Extension Exercise
Description:
Lie in a prone (face-down) position on a mat with legs straight and feet relaxed. Place your hands on the floor near your shoulders. Slowly push through your upper limbs and lift your chest upward, extending the upper spine while keeping the pelvis and lower abdomen on the mat. Hold the position for 3–5 seconds, then gently lower the chest back to the starting position.

Description:

Description:

Description:
