• Online sale of physiotherapy and rehabilitation products.
• Doctor discovery services.
• Booking of clinic appointments.
• Booking of video consultations.
The Platform acts only as an intermediary between doctors and patients.
The Platform does NOT provide medical advice.
Doctors listed on the platform are independent professionals.
Any medical consultation, treatment, or advice is solely between the doctor and the patient.
LIFE PLUS HEALTH AND NUTRITIONS CARE is NOT responsible for:
• Any medical negligence
• Misdiagnosis
• Treatment outcomes
• Disputes between doctor and patient
Any dispute shall be resolved directly between the doctor and the patient.
The Platform collects video consultation booking fees on behalf of doctors.
After successful completion of video consultation, the payment will be transferred to the doctor
within 0–15 working days.
If a video consultation is cancelled as per cancellation policy, the amount will be refunded to the
patient within 0–15 working days.
The Platform is only a facilitator of payments and not responsible for delays caused by banking
institutions or payment gateways.
Products are sold subject to availability.
We do not guarantee medical results from any product.
Returns and refunds are subject to our refund policy.
Users must consult qualified professionals before using medical products.
Users agree:
• To provide accurate information.
• Not to misuse the platform.
• Not to post false, harmful, or misleading content.
• Not to use the platform for illegal purposes.
All content including logos, text, images, and design belongs to LIFE PLUS HEALTH AND
NUTRITIONS CARE and may not be copied without permission.
LIFE PLUS HEALTH AND NUTRITIONS CARE shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect or consequential damages.
• Medical disputes.
• Loss due to technical issues.
• Errors in doctor information provided by third parties.
Any dispute, legal proceeding, or claim arising from the use of this website shall be subject
exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
No other court shall have jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
