Finger to Shoulder Touch
Description:
Stand or sit upright. Slowly slide your hand up along the front of your body from your thigh toward the opposite shoulder. Return to starting position. Repeat with the other hand.

Passive Hang on Chin-Up Bar
Description:
Stand straight under a chin-up bar and raise both arms overhead to grasp the bar with a firm grip. Lift your feet off the ground and allow your body to hang freely. Keep your arms fully extended and relaxed, shoulders engaged but not shrugged. Bend your knees backward at approximately 90 degrees. hold 10-20 seconds .

Shoulder Abduction Exercise
Description:
Shoulder abduction is the movement of the arm away from the body in the frontal plane, lifting it sideways from 0° up to about 180°. In exercise form, the individual raises the arm laterally away from the body with the elbow straight or slightly bent. It can be performed actively, assisted, or against resistance (dumbbells, resistance bands, or pulley systems) in standing, sitting, or lying positions.

Description:
Shoulder circumduction is a circular movement of the arm that combines shoulder flexion, abduction, extension, and adduction in sequence. During the exercise, the arm moves in a smooth circular pattern, either clockwise or anticlockwise, with the elbow straight or slightly flexed. Description:

Shoulder External Rotation
Description:

Shoulder Flexion Exercise
Description:
Shoulder flexion is a movement in which the arm is raised forward and upward in the sagittal plane, from the side of the body toward overhead (0°–180°). Shoulder Protraction Exercise
Description:
The individual stands upright with feet shoulder-width apart. Both hands are placed on the waist/hips, with the elbows pointing outward. From this position, the elbows are moved forward, causing the shoulders to move anteriorly. This forward movement results in protraction of the scapulae, where the shoulder blades glide away from the spine around the rib cage. The trunk remains straight and the neck relaxed throughout the movement. The position is held for a few seconds and then the shoulders are slowly returned to the starting position.
