Finger Extension Exercise
Description:
Sit comfortably with your forearm supported on a table and palm facing down. Keep your wrist stable and slowly lift your fingers upward (extension) as far as possible without moving the palm. Hold for 3–5 seconds, then gently lower the fingers back to the starting position. Repeat in a controlled manner.

Finger Fist Exercise (Table Supported)
Description:
Sit beside a table and place your forearm comfortably on the surface with your palm facing upward or neutral. Keep your wrist stable and supported. Slowly curl your fingers inward to form a tight fist, squeezing gently. Then open your hand fully by extending all fingers. Perform the movement in a controlled manner without lifting your forearm or wrist from the table.
